In YTL PowerSeraya, great emphasis has always been put on developing the creativity and skills of our staff. We believe in creating win-win partnerships that benefit the company and our employees.
To help our people stay ahead of the game, we offer them training and cross-functional opportunities to discover and develop their individual potential. A comprehensive training roadmap ensures that employees are able to perform up to their job expectations and requirements.
Such training can take the form of job-related core training as well as management development programmes. Employees are also granted opportunities to attend external seminars, workshops and conferences to enhance their professional and personal competencies.
At all times, each employee’s learning needs will be fulfilled by the various courses made available. YTL PowerSeraya also has in place an Employee Sponsorship Scheme which provides opportunities for employees to develop themselves and upgrade their skills in their areas of interest. As such, many employees have gained additional qualifications across the spectrum with some earning their Masters Degree.
